PanFest Merchant Rules

By applying to participate in the PanFest Merchants Area, I agree to abide by the rules and policies set forth for that area.
  • The fee per merchants table is $35.00. Vendors may share a table if they wish. (Please Note: Our bank charges $35 for returned cheques.)
  • Applications must be received no later than July 25, 2008.
  • Applicants must provide a list of items they wish to sell at PanFest. Duplication is permitted, and any affected applicants will be notified and encouraged to reach a compromise. Only listed items may be offered for sale.
  • The Merchants Area is an outdoor venue. Vendors are expected to take any necessary precautions to protect their stock from the elements.
  • PanFest assumes no responsibility for the security of the Merchants Area. Booths should be occupied at all times while open, and any valuables should be locked in a car trunk or otherwise secured when the booth is closed.
  • The sales area will be allocated in units of 10 ft. by 10 ft.
  • Vendors may only offer items for sale at their designated booth.
  • Vendors may purchase more than one booth, if desired.
  • One table and one chair will be provided for each booth.
  • The vendor must be open for business during 2 half-hour periods immediately after supper, as scheduled in the PanFest program. Other than these times, vendors may open or close as they choose.
